The Exploits Valley Fire and Emergency Services Critical Incident Stress Management Team was formed in November of 2008. These members have recieved various levels of training in CISM and are available to asssist emergency service personnel with traumatic and critical incidents as Peer Referal Agents. Members are trained to conduct debriefing to emergency workers.
